The development of Web Technology together with theoretic-pedagogical development appeared from the adverce criticism against modern educative institutions determined an epoch-making change in Learning Society. The analysis of pedagogical practices, learning relationships, processes as well as results of learning and socio-cultural impacts especially, leads to the need of new theoretical processes and a never-ending rethinking of research methods and strategies for training innovation and development. Most of all, learning contexts in the cyberspace are a great challenge for groups of researchers and trainers who implement many activities, both virtual and non-virtual.
